Small double in leafy Clapton

I am looking for a new housemate to share this lovely flat between Clapton pond and Millfields Park.

The spacious three-bedroom flat is in a typical row of Hackney terraces, situated between Clapton Pond and Millfields Park. The main living area is on the first floor, a large open-plan space where we cook, relax and sometimes work. The available bedroom is on the first floor. It’s a small double and comes furnished. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate, with a bath and shower.

The flat doesn’t have an outdoor space, but is very close to Millfields, Hackney Downs and Hackney marshes. The flat is on a leafy and peaceful street with friendly neighbours. Clapton station is just under 10 minutes’ walk away; 15 to Hackney Downs and Hackney Central. There’s space to store a bike in the downstairs hall.

I’m Olivia, I’m 33, I work in an archive with design collections. I like hiking, yoga, and film. I work 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home, although usually spend those days at the library - but like the option to be flexible. I value a calm space, am pretty clean and tidy and happy to share the odd dinner or glass of wine. Looking for someone with similar interests :)

Please note that both the other housemates will be moving out over August and September. My friend will be moving into the other available room in mid-September. They have a similar vibe to me!

Bills are not included in the rent and come to £100-130 each per month depending on season.
