I am looking to rent out my 1-bedroom flat for 4-6 months from 03 November 2025 while I am out of London.

The flat is a beautiful new-build (constructed late 2022) on the 8th floor with panoramic views of London, tons of natural light, underfloor heating, a large balcony, a home office space, and modern fittings throughout. The flat is exceptionally well-insulated and makes for a very cosy winter home.

The building overlooks a beautiful park (Clapton Common) and the area is full of green spaces and lovely canal walks. The Hackney location is also one of the most desirable & vibrant in London, close to some of East London's best areas for eating and dining.

As this is my home, I am looking for someone who will be respectful and take care of the place well in my absence. If you are interested then please introduce yourself and provide info about your current circumstances. Couples are welcome. Utility bills are not included in the price.
