Double in a quiet veggie flat with a garden 🌸

Hi,

We have a bright double room avaliable in our flat in Lower Clapton, 2 mins off Chatsworth Rd. Avaliable sometime in May.

More room pics coming soon! The room comes furnished with a bed. It's on the small side so would best suit someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff, however there is additional storage for things like books or suitcases around the house :)

The flat is spread over 2 floors with a spacious living room, bright kitchen with dining area, separate toilet and bathroom and a garden. The area is very quiet, a few minutes walk to Hackney Marshes and around 15 to either Homerton or Clapton overground stations. The garden has a beautiful hydrangea plant and is perfect for summer bbqs.

You will be sharing with two girls, Elis and Weronika- working in sound engineering and public policy. We like to spend time together (mostly watching TV or DIYing) but this is not a party house (very much a dinner and wine house though!) so looking for someone with a similar vibe. We are vegeterian/ vegan so would prefer someone veggie as well, and ideally someone who doesn’t smoke.

Boring stuff: The rent is £740 plus bills, and the landlord will do reference checks.

Bills are roughly £150 (though this might go up soon) plus we split the costs of cleaning stuff, toilet paper etc.
