Everything is brand new and in perfect working order - all the communal areas are fully furnished with a range of designer and vintage furniture. The kitchen is an amazing open plan living space with sky lights and there is a large separate living room so there is lots of room to have your own space. The house is exceptionally light and bright, and is run off an air source heat pump so is more environmentally friendly way to keep the house running - no gas usage here! The garden is a sun trap and is nice and peaceful with an outdoor dining table and herb garden.

The room has plenty of plug sockets, and double sockets with USB ports by the bed.

Bedroom 2 - £1,450 - Available from 2nd Sept
The smaller of the two bedrooms also has ample inbuilt storage. There is a bed with a mattress and mattress topper with drawer storage underneath. This room looks out onto the garden side and also has black out blinds. There is a bedside table and a desk. The room has plenty of plug sockets, and double sockets with USB ports by the bed.

About me?
I'm a female in my 30s, I'm from London and have lived in Hackney for the last ~10 years. I love living in Clapton and I'm very chilled and relaxed in the house, you'll find me listening to music in the kitchen, cooking up some food, hosting dinners and generally pottering around doing random stuff. I'm very active, like to walk, yoga, tennis and gym etc. I wfh (I have an office room) but in the evenings and on the weekends I'm mostly out and about. I like lots of different things, travelling, exploring, galleries, seeing friends etc. During this time, I will be away the majority of the time with a few days back in London here and there so I'm looking for responsible, chilled, clean tenants to take care of the house while I'm away.

I've spent over a year working on the house so a lot of love and care has been put into it so I'm looking for someone respectful, easy going with regards to sorting out house admin and who is generally careful and will keep things tidy.
