This is perfect for someone that is looking for something flexible, short term and very convenient as the house is fully furnished and supplied with amenities. High preference for someone who doesn’t work from home 5 days a week.

This house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a WC and a laundry room with open plan living and separate living room. The house has been thoughtfully renovated over the last year to the highest standard. Everything is brand new and in perfect working order - all the communal areas are fully furnished with a range of designer and vintage furniture. The kitchen is an amazing open plan living space with sky lights and there is a large separate living room so there is lots of room to have your own space. The house is exceptionally light and bright, and is run off an air source heat pump so is more environmentally friendly way to keep the house running - no gas usage here! The garden is a sun trap and is nice and peaceful with an outdoor dining table and herb garden.

Bedroom 1 - Master £1750
Extremely large bedroom perfect for someone that prefers a lot of space or has a lot of things to store! This is by far the best room in the house. There are huge inbuilt wardrobes, drawer units and desk in the room. The room has privacy cafe curtains as well as black out blinds. There is a high quality and bed and mattress, and the lighting is superb, incl. reading lights, spotlights and pendant light. The room has plenty of plug sockets, and double sockets with USB ports by the bed.

Bedroom 2 - £1,550
The smaller of the two bedrooms also has ample inbuilt storage. There is a bed with a mattress and mattress topper with drawer storage underneath. This room looks out onto the garden side and also has black out blinds. There is space for bedside tables either side of the bed and a small desk if you wanted one. The room has plenty of plug sockets, and double sockets with USB ports by the bed.

About me?
I'm a female in my 30s, I'm from London and have lived in Hackney for the last ~10 years. I love living in Clapton and I'm very chilled and relaxed in the house, you'll find me listening to music in the kitchen, cooking up some food, hosting dinners and generally pottering around doing random stuff. I'm very active, like to walk, yoga, tennis and gym etc. I wfh 3 days per week (I have an office room) but in the evenings and on the weekends I'm mostly out and about. I like lots of different things, travelling, exploring, galleries, seeing friends etc.
I come with a part-time 4 year old Spaniel called Lola who is so affectionate and adorable. She will quickly fall in love you and want all the cuddles.

I've spent over a year working on the house so a lot of love and care has been put into it so I'm looking for someone respectful, easy going with regards to sorting out house admin and who is generally careful and will keep things tidy.
