The flat is a 2-bedroom Victorian conversion, on a quiet street next to Clapton Pond. It's a great location and minutes away from Hackney Downs, Clapton station and Chatsworth Road,. There are good bus links to central London too.
Theres an open plan living room & kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub) and a large garden.
I'm the current tenant you will be sharing with -Lexi - 34yo male, Greek & British mix, working in advertising, LGBTQ , lived in London for 15 years. I like travelling, cooking, films & books.
Looking for a flatmate that is friendly, respectful and clean/tidy. A good balance :)
