Double. Room in Upper Clapton

we have a very Large double room available in our lovely home in Upper Clapton / Stokey. Looking out on to our quiet street, the room has a marble fireplace, wooden floors, sash windows,

Our home is spread over 4 floors with 2.5 bathrooms, a massive double lounge and a huge open kitchen/dining area. the bathroom has a shower/bath and is shared with one person.

The kitchen has bi-folding doors that open to the garden which is amazing for summer BBQ days when we open the whole side up.

The house is in a really nice area in between Clapton and Rectory Road Overground with lots of bars, restaurants and green spaces nearby. You can walk to The Hackney Downs, Church Street in Stoke Newington, The River Lea or Dalston all within 10 minutes!

You would be sharing the house with Ben – Leïla - Simon

Between us we are into rock climbing, cycling, art, music, djing, dancing, yoga, cooking, gigs/the pub and all the other standard London stuff people do.

We are looking for a social person or couple to join the house, who really wants a home and not just a room to sleep in. We don't care about your sexual orientation, eating preferences or anything, just so long as you are lovely!
