Cozy room in a creative warehouse!

Hi!

We have a room available (sublet considered) in our beloved household of ten people (and two felines, Lemon & Leaflet). We are looking for a new flatmate who wants to join us. Ideally a professional creative and with experience living in communal spaces.

We are a household of nine international and diverse friendly housemates mostly working in the creative industries. Everyone enjoys good food, good chats and quiet time too. We each have responsibility in the house to keep the place clean, tidy and cosy. We have interests and activities ranging from pickling, saunaing, playing synthesiser, watching films, climbing, pole dancing (and regular dancing too!). We occasionally host parties, from live music to electronic nights. We also host a monthly life drawing event called Hacknakey (@hacknakey).

Our warehouse features two floors: upstairs, a communal kitchen and living room and on the ground floor our creative workshop and event space with a climbing wall. We love our house and take good care of it, so we love someone with skills and initiative to make it even better! We are also very well located, Hackney marshes are just a 5 minute walk away, the perfect hang out spot on sunny days. Clapton train station is a 10 min walk.
