Cozy room in a creative warehouse! (Sublet)

The Room:
A small and cozy room in a fun, creative warehouse.

The Warehouse:
The warehouse features creative workshop space, with a communal kitchen and living area. Two floors with four bedrooms down and five bedrooms upstairs. The ground floor is our creative workshop and event space with a climbing wall and a dance-pole. The first floor is the communal area, kitchen and bathroom (downstairs also has an extra toilet and kitchenette).

We are a household of nine friendly housemates mostly working in the creative industries. Everyone enjoys good food and good chatting in the evening. And occasional game, film, party. We are all respectful of privacy and noise, with a preference for attending parties elsewhere. A weekly rota ensures clean communal spaces. The neighborhood is mixed use constituting a vibrant community of artists, small businesses and regular folk. The canal and Hackney marshes are just a 5 minute walk away, the perfect hang out spot during spring/summer.
