I’m renting my entire one bedroom flat out for a short one month let from mid December (move in between the 16th and 18th) until January 20th (I won’t be living there).

It’s a lovely quiet spacious first floor one bedroom flat in Clapton, in a super secure block with a balcony. Stoke Newington Church Street is only 10 minutes walk away and Clapton station, with direct links to Victoria line and Liverpool Street, is only 7 minutes walk.

There’s a large double bedroom plus a really comfy double sofa bed so would suit someone single, a couple or two friends for a short let.

It’s fully and tastefully furnished and comes with everything down to all kitchen utensils and bedding.

It is £1800 a month (or £415 a week) inclusive of all bills including super high speed internet (I just upgraded) and Netflix.
