Housemate wanted to join our 3 bed in Clapton

Looking for someone to join our lovely 3 bedroom house in Clapton - a very short walk to Clapton and Rectory Road Overground stations, and a 10-minute walk to Stoke Newington, Hackney Downs and Hackney Central.

You will be sharing with Anna, an Internal Recruiter; and Amelia, a Freelance producer.

The property is a newly-refurbished Victorian house which still maintains many original features such as high ceilings, sash windows and original fireplaces. It has as a self-contained kitchen which leads out onto a decked terrace area with additional outside seating, with stairs taking you down to the garden. The bathroom has a roll top bath and walk in shower.

We're both tidy and sociable, so you can often find us in the living room watching films... and usually eating. We enjoy hanging out with friends, however we respect each other's space. We're looking for a housemate that will also hopefully become a friend!

The house is furnished but our flatmate who is leaving is open to selling his furniture. The first few photos of the large double room with the fireplace is what's on offer.

Move in date is anytime from 1st -10th Sept, the room will be available from the beginning of September and rent is always due on the 10th of every month. The rent is £1200 plus bills which are around £120 a month all in, plus a fortnightly cleaner at about £44 a month.

We are with a private landlord so no agency fees but a deposit of £1235 is required (ignore the figure in the listing).
