Unfortunately my current flatmate is leaving to move in with her boyfriend which is a big shame but it does means her lovely room in this great flat is available from the start of October
The flat is in a great part of town, right in the middle of all the pubs, restaurants and parks of Clapton and Stoke Newington. Just a 5 minute walk to Rectory Road station, it's less than 15 minutes into Liverpool St on the overground.
The room is nice and big and comes furnished with loads of storage space. There is a really large shared living room which is nice and bright and the whole flat has recently been re-painted so it's good as new.
You'd be sharing with me: a friendly, relaxed guy who works 9-5 in media in the week and I like cinema, gigs and drinks with friends in my spare time - the usual stuff.
