The flat has plenty of vast green spaces including Millfields Park, Hackney Marshes and Walthamstow Marches all under 5 minutes away. It's a very picturesque area with a great offer of cafes, gyms and a great pub up the road. The flat also has an additional storage space!
Agreed price for the room is £850 ( double bed / single use / no sharing) with a deposit of £970 held in a deposit protection scheme. Bills are a £100 per month. The rent is split fairly and based on room size and bathroom facilities etc.
