Sunny double in Clapton

We’re on the look out for a chilled flatmate to join our spacious home.

We’re looking to have some initial viewings on *Thursday 11th of July*, so if you’re interested in the below, please drop us a message with a little bit of info about yourself.

The house is big! Three floors, two lounges, a kitchen with a plant-filled conservatory and a paved garden with flowers and veggies. We have three bathrooms and you’d be sharing the biggest one with just one other person.

The room advertised is a good sized double, on the second floor with views over the gardens of Clapton and sun all day. It comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a set of drawers.

We’re all in our thirties, so looking for someone chilled, similarly aged, and like-minded to share the space, some meals and a chat!

We work a mix of home and the office, but there is usually someone WFH and kicking about during the weekdays for a chat in the garden. You could do either, there is plenty of room in the house to work from and fast internet!

We’re quite social a bunch, out on the weekends at festivals, gigs, cycling, park and the pub. And it’s always nice to have friends over for dinner, bbq, games nights etc.

Money stuff:

Rent: £755*
Bills: £160**

*Rent is due monthly on 22nd
**Bills average out annually to approx £160 a month annually and include gas/electric, council tax, internet, water, TV licence and a cleaner every 2 weeks.

The move in date is 1st August (although, this is midweek, so let’s discuss!)
