2 rooms available for 1 MONTH in house with garden

2 bedrooms in our 4 bed house are available in our loverly family home from 13th November -> 7/8th December.

PLEASE NOTE THE CHEAPER ROOM IS NOT AVAILABLE ON ITS OWN, AS ITS OCCUPANTS PRIMARILY NEED TO USE THE EN SUIT OF THE OTHER ROOM (although they can use the other bathroom and also downstairs toilet when needs be).

King and queen sized beds.
We currently have a lodger in one of the bedrooms and the other bedroom who will still be there. He is clean, friendly and very respectful.
The bedrooms available are on the top floor meaning you would have this whole floor to yourself and also have the lounge and kitchen to yourself mainly (as our lodger is usually in his room or away at work). Ideally the two rooms would be taken together, they are one en suite and then a second just as large bedroom. The en suite can be used by both or the bathroom downstairs can be shared with our lodger.
This is ideal for a family or people who need 2 rooms together. We are a family with a young baby so can provide some baby things.

We live on a very quiet street in between trendy Chatsworth Road and Homerton, just around the corner from many trendy bars and cafes. Victoria Park and the River Lea with more restaurants and Bars are a 10 minute walk away.
The Olympic Stadium and ABBA Venue are a 10 minute train ride away. Liverpool street is 20-30mins away by train and we are a couple of mins walk away from the canal and marshes.

This is our family home so very well loved and ideal for someone who needs temporary accommodation.
We will consider those who want just one bedroom but preference will go to those who want them both.
