Cheap Winter Sublet In Clapton In Flinta Household

Hello! I have a sublet to offer available from 9th December until 31 January (can be flexible on dates!).
Price £600/month + bills (approx £100). Price include a cozy bedroom + private office/chill room in a spacious house.
Living with 3 femmes/creatives/activists and a cat.

THE PLACE:
> The house has a dream location and dream features: big living room, separate dining room and big garden, giving everyone a lot of space to use.
> We are all in our 30+ and we treat this place as our home, so taking care of it is an important part (we have weekly cleaning rota and cleaning after yourself is a must).
> We do not throw parties, however we love to invite friends for dinner.
> We are: Domi (gardener/ community garden coordinator - me), Kim (works with DV survivors), Sinead (performer/writer/Spanish teacher), Yaya (animation artist/ herbalist)

We would be happy to temporarily welcome in our house someone who's values are centred around social and environmental justice.
