The flat is very cosy filled with LOTS of plants ;) We like to socialise and share a meal together every once in a while, as well as go on long walks along the lovely marshes, but we are also quite independent and give each other our space when needed.
Looking for someone professional who is friendly, considerate and kind but MOST importantly - someone who is clean and not messy and will always clean up after themselves, and also help to keep the communal areas tidy. This is non-negotiable. (Shoes off, haha;). We love a clean flat! =D
Clapton as an area is amazing - Our flat is just down the road from Walthamstow/Hackney marshes, the canals and Springfield and Millfields Park - also not far from Stoke Newington parks (equipped with deer and other animals). Lots of shops right nearby to grab groceries and well connected by bus and overground.
