Small Double in Cosy Flat

Hi there!
We are 2 females looking for a third in our all-girls household. <3 The flat is very cosy filled with LOTS of plants ;) and big windows, as well as a lovely shared living room boasting plenty of books, puzzles and board games - including Scrabble. We like to socialise and share a meal together every once in a while, as well as go on long walks along the lovely marshes, but we are also quite independent and give each other our space when needed.

Looking for someone who is friendly and sociable but MOST importantly - someone who is clean and not messy and will always clean up after themselves, and also help to keep the communal areas tidy. This is non-negotiable. We love a clean flat! =D

Clapton as an area is amazing - Our flat is just down the road from Walthamstow/Hackney marshes, the canals and Springfield and Millfields Park - also not far from Stoke Newington parks (equipped with deer and other animals). Lots of shops right nearby to grab groceries and well connected by bus and overground.

The room itself has just been freshly repainted and new carpet will be fitted in before you move in. It comes with built-in wardrobe (with shelves included), light shade (useful!), as well as a few floating bookshelves already installed. Otherwise it can come un-furnished (and you can bring your own stuff), or furnished/you can buy the current flatmate's stuff.
(Flatmate is selling her things as sadly she's leaving London and can't take with! - Kneeling chair, Memory foam double mattress (used only 6 months), Bed frame, Curtains, Small desk, Mirror, bedside table, Bike - Including bike lock, helmet, pump, and backlight (200£ maintenance done 5 months ago, receipt available).
