The room comes with built-in wardrobe and shelves. Also bed available upon request. The flat is very cosy filled with quite a few plants ;) we’re a friendly bunch and like to socialise when we can but also quite independent and give each other space.

Looking for someone professional who is friendly, considerate and kind. Also someone who is clean / not messy, will always *clean up after themselves*, and help to keep the communal areas tidy. This is non-negotiable. (Shoes off, haha;). We love a clean flat! =D

Clapton as an area is great - Our place isn’t too far from Walthamstow/Hackney marshes, the canals, Springfield and Millfields Park - also not far from Stoke Newington. Lots of shops right nearby to grab groceries and well connected by bus and overground.
