Double bedroom with a loft bed with access to the garden in a very spacious house just opposite to Milfields Park. Located in the heart of Clapton near Clapton Pond and Lea Bridge Roundabout.

FURNISHED with loft bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair and few more bits.

All kitchen and cleaning hardware and cleaning products are all inclusive as well; toilet paper, kitchen towel, parchment paper, foil, cling film, hand soap, washing liquid, diffuser refil, toilet spray, dishwasher tablets, sponges, bin bags, disposable gloves, replacement light bulbs, water filter cartridges, hoover bags, replacement rugs, bathroom towels, tea towels.

Two of us do the house admin, maintenance and DIY such as small repairs and liase with landlord, builders, plumbers, electricians etc, so you do not have to worry about any of that.

We are looking for a friendly, lively and tidy professional (lgbtq + or allies preferably) who connects with the dynamics and energy of the house.
We are all creative professionals living in a friendly-family environment for years and we would like to find someone like-minded to join team.
The kitchen is very spacious and also useful for hang outs, group dinners and celebrations. There’s also a separate living room for everyone to chill, watch films and party occasionally . The garden is pretty big, we use it to sunbathe, have bbqs and grow flowers, herbs and veg.
We all socialize quite a lot but we also love to have our own space and just be quiet when needed.

We are looking for short term lettings.

- Close to Hackney Downs, Hackney Central, Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland, Stamford hill, Stoke Newington.
