Warehouse room to Sublet in Upper-Clapton

I'm off traveling for a month and looking for someone to sublet my room in a lovely, creative, warehouse conversion.

There are 9 rooms in total inhabited by 25-40 year old creatives. There are two communal living rooms and a shared kitchen. Two bathrooms and a shower.

The warehouse has workshops that can be used for jewelry making, bike maintenance, pole dancing practice and we even have a climbing wall.

We take great care in our warehouse, are big and cleanliness and community living.

Although 9 people may sound like a lot, there's usually only two or three people around at any given time.

The upstairs in the day is used as a workspace and is full of plants and natural light.

The room for rent is quite small, with a queen sized bed, and an internal window that lets in natural light.

we are not a party warehouse but do enjoy shared meals, fires in the garden and occasional gatherings.
