Two garden facing double rooms available for a minimum of 6 months. One is ground floor and the second is first floor.

-The house has a big garden, living room & separate dining room/kitchen. Separate bathroom and two toilets.
-5 mins walk to Clapton station
-Opposite Millfield's park, close to the marshes etc
-bills roughly £90 per month
-starting 4th May
-would need to be happy signing the lease
-Rooms unfurnished.

You'll be living with one female & one couple all 27 years old working in the creative industries.

We are a pretty communal house and cook meals together with the veg box we share.

We often hang out at the pub & go to gigs etc but everyone also has their own things going on.

We're looking for a person to match this chilled but social vibe of the house.
