Bills tend to come out to around £100 per person a month, could be cheaper with less heating being used in the summer!
The flat is nice and cozy with large lounge with a TV, one bathroom, good sized kitchen with an abundance of storage and all the cookware you need, we also have an enormous garden with outside seating area.
In a great location with lots of transportation:
-Buses around the corner
-5 mins from Rectory road station overground
-8 mins from Clapton station overground
