Looking for someone to sublet the room Nov 25th-Dec 21 (as that is when the lease ends) or alternatively sign on the lease with us and stay for a year, as we plan to renew the lease.

Current flatmates would be myself (F28), Claire (F26), Steve (M28) and my kitty Mojo! So we are hoping that you are a cat person :)

Bills tend to come out to around £150 per person a month.

The flat is nice and cozy with large lounge with a TV, one bathroom, good sized kitchen with an abundance of storage and all the cookware you need, we also have an enormous garden with outside seating area, which your bedroom has french doors that lead directly out to the garden.

In a great location with lots of transportation:
-5 mins from Rectory road station overground
-8 mins from Clapton station overground

Pets and couples considered, but would need to discuss rent adjustment x
