I’m moving out of my lovely apartment in lower Clapton and looking for someone to take over my contract.

The flat is a converted townhouse split in 2 and is spread across 3 floors with loads of space and light. Based in Lower Clapton which is a brilliant area and roughly a 15 minute walk from Hackney Central.

Flatmate:
Scarlett, professional in her mid 20s and someone I’ve known for over 5 years, brilliant to live with and ideally she’s looking for a girl around her age to move in.

The flat is unfurnished so perfect for anyone who is looking to move in and make the flat at home!
