Attic space in Family Home (PG)

Attic space available in a family home.
You will occupy a house with me (23M) and Landlady (50F)
You have access to all shared spaces.
The bathroom will be shared with only me

6 mins walk to Clapton Station
12 min train from Clapton to Liverpool St.
24/7 Grocery shop nearby
All major requirements are quite close to the house.

Looking for a student or young professional to occupy the space. Preferably someone up to 25 but there is flexibility with age.

This is a family home so there are some expectations of cleanliness, but not too intense. We expect you to be respectful of the shared spaces and your own place.

Preferably, we'd like someone who cooks halal meat only or is a vegetarian. No Alcohol is allowed in the house.

There is currently no door in the attic but we are willing to apply a barrier to make it more private.

A bit about me: I've been living in this house for 2 years and they have been very accommodating and treat me like a member of the family. I work 5 days a week and am mostly out of the house.
