Room Sublet July + August (possibility to extend)

Hello!

I am subletting my room in the heart of Hackney for two months during the summer, with the possibility to extend. The house is a lovely Victorian building located five minutes' walk from Hackney Downs and Hackney Central Overground stations. The area is also well connected with bus stops. You'd also be three minutes walking from Hackney Downs park, which is wonderful to hang during the sunny days.

I am going away for two months and I'd like to sublet my room for this time, so I will give preference to those who can take the room for July and August. The vibe in the house is really chill and the flatmates are very laid-back. We are looking for someone with a common sense of respect towards shared spaces. So trying to keep common areas clean and ready for the next person to use. Everybody respects each other's space, but we like to hang out and chat when we meet in the kitchen or maybe have a wine or beer in the park (now that the weather will be lovely, hopefully!).

The house comprises three large bedrooms, a kitchen, and a toilet. The ceilings are very high, so there's a real sense of spaciousness and brightness. My room faces west, so you'll be able to enjoy beautiful sunset light. The bed is a bunk bed, leaving plenty of space downstairs to chill and work (downstairs it has a day bed and a desk). One of the flatmates has a dog, Rudy; she is very playful and cheerful and might want to play with you if you let her.

Bills are included in the price. We share cooking oil, spices, and washing liquid soap. You're free to buy your own or share with the rest of the house. We take turns buying them, so when you feel you haven't paid for them in a while, it's your turn to replenish!
