I have a large double room in a garden flat available from the 22nd of June. shared only with me - a female and my sweet 10-year-old chocolate lab, who's very quiet and well-behaved. Do you like dogs?

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Clapton, Hackney. Just a short stroll from Hackney Marshes, Hackney Downs, and nearby transport. A 2 min walk to Chatsworth Road (bars, restaurants, and grocery shops.)

I'm a laid-back professional who enjoys life's simpler pleasures such as a shared meal, a hearty giggle, a good workout, a sauna, endless walks with my dog, roller skating, dancing and friends.

I'm looking for a chill, tidy housemate, ideally a working professional.

The rent includes electricity, water, and the fastest Virgin Fibre Broadband.

Council tax (£65 per person/month) and gas (about £15/pp/month) are not included.
