Double room in beautiful Victorian home in Hackney

Spacious Victorian house with good sized kitchen, large living room and garden. The room for rent is in the basement looking out onto the garden and it has a very peaceful vibe. It's been recently decorated and has a new stylish Ikea bed and mattress. There is a good sized cupboard just outside the room for storage.

Looking for a friendly, mature, laid back professional who predominantly works outside the home and wants a quiet, peaceful place to live. I'm an active middle aged women with many interests and now working part time. I have a gorgeous cat and would ask for her to be fed when away.

Rent includes all bills and council tax (band D) and good broadband. All mod cons but no dishwasher or microwave I'm afraid.

I would consider a reduction in rent if you like gardening or would like to learn and would consider doing a few hours a month. There is always lots to do and a large vegetable bed that needs attention!

The neighbourhood is great with good transport links. Space for a bike in the hall if needed.
