Looking for a housemate to move into our lovely 2 bed garden flat in Clapton. Sadly my flatmate is moving out in July, so I’m looking to fill the large double bedroom from July 16th.

- On a quiet terraced street which leads to the park (3mins)
- Currently a bit of a blank slate so happy for someone to add their mark

- Large windows with reflective privacy film so people cant see in
- Can be unfurnished or furnished (bed, Kallax, built-in clothes rail)

About me:

You'll be living with me: I'm a 33year old Northerner working in fashion, previously working in galleries & museums. I’ve been living in Clapton for 10 years so, it's almost home now. I work from the office most days so you'll have space to yourself, but love to hang out and spend time in the house and garden in the evenings
