Double room available in Clapton/Hackney Downs

With one of our flatmates moving to Japan, we are looking for a new one to join our amazing space in Clapton. It’s a 3 bedroom split level flat with a large kitchen, small powder room downstairs and a large main bathroom upstairs that you will share with Clarice.

We are two professional women, myself, Dani and Clarice. We both are 32. Clarice has lived in the flat almost 9 years and I’ve been here almost 4.

We both take a lot of pride in our home and like to keep it very clean and organized. I also personally love design and am always trying to add new pieces to the space. It would be great to find someone who’s also keen on this but is not at all a prerequisite.

Neither of us are partiers and we definitely don’t bring the party home but of course love to have friends around for dinner or a glass of wine from time to time. That said, we’re both busy w work etc, so the home for us is a very calm, chill place.

We ideally are looking for someone who has similar interests and values as us and is working in a professional field. I work from home 2 days a week and Clarice works full time from an office, so it would be great to have someone on somewhat of a similar schedule.

The room is a small double but it gets loads of natural light and is at the back of the house making it the most quiet of all 3 rooms. Bills are around 120approx per month and this includes a biweekly cleaner.

*we are looking for someone close to our age so if you are younger than 29 this probably isn’t the right fit.
