Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room for the summer, as I'll be away until September.
It is a big room with direct access to a huge backyard with a BBQ, that gets morning sun at around 8-9. The combined living room and kitchen is also spacious, and gets evening sun from 5. The room is furnished with closets and a bed.
There are multiple shops nearby, as well as a nice butcher, fish monger, pub, cafés, restaurants etc.
Clapton station is a 5 min walk away, and with the Elizabeth Line and Overground you'll be in central London (Tottenham Court Road) in 30 minutes.
The two roommates are 28 (4th year architecture student) and 34 (doing a year out working from the same architecture school). They are both social, friendly outgoing guys, but will be away for parts of the summer.
We are looking for someone clean and tidy in their late 20's/early 30's to take over the room from anytime between 20th of June and the beginning of September.
