Hi ! I’m subletting my room whilst I’m away details pls see below :))

☻ Period: 7 weeks - from 30 Aug to 30 September (Can be discuss any adjustments)

☻ Flat / Room type: 2B1B Flat / King size bed

☻ Rent: £1200/month - £300/week (includes all bills and internet) / Deposit £200 (The deposit will be refunded when the sublet ends.)

☻ Transportation: The flat is located in the E5 area, just a 5-minute walk to Clapton Station, a 7-minute walk to Rectory Road Station, and a 5-minute walk to the bus station. 20-minute by train to Liverpool Street Station.

☻ Location: In the E5 area, you'll find convenient small shops for your daily needs within a 5-minute walk. There's also a tram shop coffee shop, Block Gym, Hackney Down Park, and within a 10-minute walk, you'll find Tesco and the organic store Palm 2, as well as delicious bakeries like Casey's and a fantastic Vietnamese Cuisine hai Cafe.

☻ About the flat : We live on the 1st floor flat in a peaceful residential area. You’ll only share with other person with bathroom, kitchen + dining room, a small living room.

☻ About the room: My room faces the quiet back garden of our downstairs neighbour’s flat and gets plenty of natural light. Being a light sleeper, I can assure you that it's a great place for a good night's sleep.

The room comes with a comfortable King size bed, a desk, a small single sofa area, and a whole wall wardrobe. I’ll make sure to clear the available space for you, leaving only some decorations and essential items. The room is fully furnished and ready for you to move in right away!

☻ Flatmate: My flatmate is an Industrial designer, he go to studio most of day, he is friendly and tidy, respectful. Our neighbour downstairs is also our friend.

☻ Requirements: No smoking indoors (please go outside if necessary), no pets, maintaining cleanliness, and respectful.
