Looking for a person to fill my room as I'm moving into another place. Excellent location, right in the heart of Hackney. Walking distance from Hackney Central, Hackney Downs, London Fields and Stoke Newington. Top Floor flat of the building, so very little noise from other flats and also stays very warm in winter! Easy access by bus towards Shoreditch and Central London, so ideal if you work there.

You would be sharing with two guys in their mid-twenties. One is a teacher, the other works in an office. Both of them are very chill, wholesome guys, who keep to themselves, but are also very down for a nice chat in the living room! They're both musicians, so if you're also into music/going to gigs, I'm sure you would get on very well with them.

Need someone in full-time work, as referencing is required through our estate agent.
