Great double room in Clapton House share

Hey! We're looking for a new flat mate to fill a room in our 5 bed house share in Clapton

Our friend is sadly moving abroad for a job so we're looking to get someone in at the start of August! So we're aiming to do viewings pretty much ASAP!

About the house:

Rent is £850, with £85 a month bills

The house is on a lovely street in Clapton, a 2 minute walk from Clapton Overground! Slap bang in between Hackney and Stoke Newington, you can get the best of both within walking distance. There's tonnes of buses going up and down Clapton road too, so transport is great.

Tonnes of good pubs and restaurants nearby, with Clapton Road all the way into Hackney, Chatsworth Road market and Stoke Newington Church Street. There's plenty of supermarkets and a 10 min bus to a big Aldi. Spoilt for choices with parks, and right next to the canal too.

There's 5 rooms in the house, all on separate levels, a huge living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden which gets loads of sun (when it's out)

The room is really spacious and comes fully furnished with a bed and a wardrobe and a desk.

Rent is £935 a month, bills included!!! (Gas, electric, council tax, water, WiFi) so nothing to worry about

Our contract is up untill 16th February 2025, so we'd be looking for someone who would stay untill then. With the possibility of renewing if we wanted.

About us:

We're a mix of long term friends and brand new spareroom friends, so we're always up to stuff together, but also happy doing our own thing - "love a night out but also a night in" etc etc...

We're all a mix of office based and wfh, so that's no problem!
