Bright, spacious double room in Clapton

My flatmate is moving out so his bright, spacious double bedroom will be available beginning of September. It's a first floor flat in a terraced house in a quiet residential street in lower Clapton, less than 10 minute walk from Clapton station. 15 min walk to Hackney Central, and less than 10 from Hackney Marshes. Chatsworth Road is also nearby with shops and a market on Sundays.

The flat is nice, cosy and though we don't have a garden we make up for it with lots of house plants. Kitchen has all the usual amenities, and the bathroom has both a shower and a bath.

The bedroom is partially furnished - my flatmate will take the bed when he leaves but the wardrobe will be all yours and so will one of the bookcases. There's no living room but there is a tiny box room which I have mostly used as a music room.

I work remotely from my bedroom so am around a lot most days. I'm quite sociable and outgoing but also like space to myself and just relaxing at home. I work full time and also make music on the side - but usually with headphones on so there's rarely any noise... Would suit someone who is also creative and a professional, but due to the lack of shared living space it's not really possible to have lots of friends around. LGBTQ+ friendly, and would prefer someone mostly vegetarian, though it's not a dealbreaker.

There's just about enough space in the hallway to store a bike (well, two, mine is the other one).
