My current flatmates have sadly decided to leave so I am looking to fill their room from the start of Sept, move in dates flexible. Couples welcome and bills are separate (roughly £100-£150 each per month)

The room:
- Huge double room (it could almost be a studio).
- Furnished or part furnished, we can work it out.
- Big bay window and loads of light.
- Loads of storage space.

The flat:
- Ground floor flat in Victorian conversion.
- One shared bathroom.
- Separate kitchen & living room.
- Large leafy garden with seating area and BBQ
- Bike storage.
- On street parking if you apply for a residents permit.
- Quiet street in Clapton, walking distance to three overground stations (Clapton, Hackney Downs, Hackney Central) + loads of bus routes.

Me:
- 32 year old female working in the Arts.
- I have a very friendly little dog who lives here too.
- Looking for flatmates that are tidy and chilled. Social but respectful and who are looking for somewhere to make a home.
- Our current lease runs until March 2025 with the option to renew.
