Dbl room in 2 bed flat - private bathroom

Room available in two bed flat in Clapton - its one of the new build developments off upper clapton road and on the river, really nice park literally right outside and flat overlooks it and the river. Looking to rent the room for 6 months to start with to see how it goes, with option to continue if we’re both happy! Also would consider a 3 month let if someone was looking for short term. Available end August but am flexible on move in date really

Flat is about 10 mins from Chatsworth road. 10 min walk to Clapton Rail which is 10 mins into Liverpool street. Lots of buses like 254 also from right by the station. Its upper clapton really but about 15/20 min walk to bottom of lower clapton road. Local pub is the Princess of Wales, Crooked Billet or Clapton Hart. Also really close to Sodo Pizza. Plenty of options for food and drink. And Stoke Newington and Dalston are just nearby too

It’s a double room - the photos show the furniture my last flatmate had in it. At the moment it’s an excess storage room for me so has bookcases and treadmill in there. Technically it’s unfurnished but if the right flatmate comes along (!) and needs bed, wardrobe etc I’m happy to supply some. You can comfortably fit double bed, side table, wardrobe and shelves with walking room and round the corner - its an L-shape - fit a desk and chair or more shelves etc

It doesn't have an en-suite (mine does and i pay more for that) BUT that means the main bathroom is all yours! I've literally never used it and am totally fine for it just to be for whoever takes the room

Open plan lounge and kitchen, have Sky, netflix, amazon prime and all that. Dishwasher too. Really nice views. Aside from that maybe ask me as i can't think what else to describe? Flat does have a balcony BUT it is off my bedroom not lounge, Annoying design. As far as I'm concerned its for both of us though!

Important note- i have a cat. What can you say about a cat? he's 10, friendly and black?! So you'd need to be cool with having him around.

Me, i work as a film publicist at Netflix, lived in hackney for last 8years or so. Obviously into film, goes with the job, theatre too, pretty into photography too. Am gay just in case that matters one way or the other! II try and make most of the pubs and places to eat round here.

In terms of what i'm 'looking for'. Some similar interests would be good, be good to hang out in the flat together comfortably.. Don’t want to be in your pocket but as a two bed it'd be cool to get along you know.
