We’re looking for a like-minded, cat-loving, chill, clean, and tidy person—someone who understands shared living but also values having their own space. You’ll be sharing the house with a very lovable and silly cat named Nur, and me, an experiential creative director. We both spend a lot of time at home—Nur sleeping or zooming around, and me working long hours. It’s a quirky, creative, and friendly household, yet respectful of each other's independent lives. The only shared areas are the corridors (with a shoe rack and coat hangers ready for you), kitchen, and garden (which is co-shared with the ground-floor property).

The rent covers all bills, including a cleaner who comes twice a month: £1,640 per month, with a £1,600 deposit. Important! The rooms are unfurnished, giving you a blank canvas to make them your own!

If you’re not familiar with the area, the house is located just a 10-minute walk from Clapton/Stoke Newington and 15 minutes from Hackney/Dalston. Clapton Overground Station is 5 minutes away, with Rectory Road a bit further. If you know, you know. If not, I can share loads of tips about the area.
