2 week short let - 1 bed flat with balcony

I’m renting my 1-bed flat the first two weeks of September. It’s £500/ week, so £1000 for the whole duration.

I’m looking for someone clean and responsible to rent my flat to while I’m away - couples accepted.

Please, make notes that a cat usually lives in the flat, he won’t be there but just to flag this up if you have any cat allergy.

It’s a really nice spacious flat, with a balcony, and well located.
