The only shared areas are the corridors (with a shoe rack and coat hangers ready for you), kitchen, and garden (which is co-shared with the ground-floor property).

The rent is £1,300 per month, with bills around £250 per month. The deposit is £1,500. The rooms are unfurnished, giving you a blank canvas to make them your own!
