Hi everyone - since I have decided to move closer to work, my room has become available in our 3-bed flat share in Clapton. Here’s what you need to know:
- Good-sized double room
- Rent is £950pm excluding bills, deposit is £1153.84 (1/3 of the total flat deposit)
- Room is available on the 2nd of September
- Let is for 10 months, after which there is a plan for another person to take over the room
- Open plan kitchen/living/dining room
- Sharing a bathroom with one other person
- Patio (a big bonus of the house imo)
- House comes unfurnished, but looking for someone who will buy my furniture (bedroom/ shared communal) for £375
- 10-12 mins walk to Hackney Central (Overground)
- We are holding viewings the weekday evenings from the 2nd of September

You would be living with Hannah (data officer in the arts sector, from Australia) and Nadja (environmental consultant, from New Zealand), both in their mid-twenties - they’re looking forward to welcoming you into the house! Clapton is a really vibrant area and we’re also close to Hackney Central, so you’ll be spoilt for choice for nice places to get food / drinks.
In order to secure the room, you will need to pass referencing, which will require employer/rental references, an annual salary of over £26,900 and possibly a UK guarantor.
