Double room with garden views available 15th Sept

Two bed ground floor flat in right round the corner from Hackney Downs park. It's a double room with a window to looking out to the garden. There's a bed, desk, chair, and bedside table if you want them, or we can move most of the furniture out if you'd prefer.
The flat has a large living room with bay window, good size kitchen and bathroom, and additional storage in the basement if you need it. There's also a large back garden which is exclusive access for the flat, and shared access to the front garden.
I'm an accountant for a charity and I'm in the office 1-2 days a week. I also swim and do taiji so I'm often out in the evenings. Happy to chat, but unlikely to have house parties 😅 . There is a dog who's in her old-lady-daytime-napping era, although she'll always be excited for a trip to the park or a tennis ball.
The rent would be £950 with bills included, and is a sublet. Currently a 2 month max let but with possibility to extend. The landlords are an older, queer couple themselves, and they've been very good on the couple of occasions that there's been any issues with the flat.
