Large, furnished double room in Clapton.

We have a large, furnished double room available from the 1st of October. It would suit someone who likes living semi-independently but who is friendly, chatty and has a sense of humour.

You would be sharing with 3 friendly, considerate guys. One is a student, the other, a research nurse (40s) and the last, an electrical engineer for Transport for London.

This household is better suited for males as we have one large bathroom which has a shower and a bath.

It is a chilled house, everyone is super friendly and enjoys a chat yet have independent lives, doing their own thing. The large kitchen diner is our communal space.

Leading from the kitchen is a private, quiet garden, with table & chairs. It would be great if someone interested in gardening would like to live here.

Here are some essential criteria - It is not a party house, the shared spaces (kitchen) must be left clean and tidy after cooking and everyone values their sleep. In other words, we are looking for respectful and considerate individuals.

The room has 2 large storage cupboards, a comfortable double bed, bedside table, lamp, mirror, desk and chair.
