I am offering a large, furnished double room, sharing with 3 friendly guys, in a large Victorian house in Clapton E5.

One (early 20s), works in a ceramic studio, the other is a research nurse (early 40s) and the third, is my partner (landlord) (late 40s) and works nights as electrical engineer on London underground. This room and household is more suitable for males.

It is a chilled house, everyone is super friendly and do their own thing. The big kitchen diner is the communal space. There is a private, quiet garden at the rear of the house, equipped with table and chairs. Those interested in gardening most welcome to apply.

3 important points to bear in mind:
1) It is not a party house, 2) shared spaces must be left clean and tidy after cooking & 3) everyone values their sleep.

The rent is £1200 inc. most bills.
The contract is a lodger agreement for one year in the first instance.
The room will be vacant on 30th September/1st October.
The room is furnished with 2 good storage cupboards, a comfortable double bed, bedside table, lamp, mirror, desk and chair.
