Spacious part furnished double bedroom with double bed in a modern 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms flat with own bathroom directly adjacent with full access to living room, kitchen, balcony and amenities including washing machine, dishwasher etc in Clapton, Hackney. All bills are included in the rent including high speed fibre broadband.

The location is great, overlooking Millfields Park and is right beside the canal and the local hotspots. Its a 5-10 minute walk from Clapton station offering services to London Liverpool Street and the opposite direction to Chingford and benefits from excellent bus links.

A bit about me - I'm 33 originally from Glasgow and work in real estate communications. I consider myself to be a fun loving and friendly person with a good sense of humour. I’m very easy to get along with, incredibly respectful and appreciate people’s space. I love to cook and socialise over a drink or two and watch a bit of tele - if you like reality TV, we’ll get along.

I’m looking for someone on a similar vibe as me - a professional who’s easy to get along with ideally. Preferred work from home situation is 2 days per week.

No couples or smokers allowed.

Room is available from the end of September time ideally on an initial 2 month contract. I may be moving at the end of November as I am keen to move into a one bed flat (depends if I find one I like). If I decide to stay I should be able to convey this ahead of the contract ending.
