Big Peaceful Clapton Bedroom

I am looking for a new housemate as my current one is moving out. Ideally move in date 9th January but can be flexible - open to both long and short term.

🏡 The flat: It's a 2 bed 1 bathroom with separate WC, 2 balconies (one is in your room and prive) and 1 terrace. It’s in a modern house completely refurbished with lots of privacy and mega quiet street, open plan kitchen, living room with exposed brick & new appliances, with the rooms up stairs (yours is the master bed). We’ve got one shared bathroom with a lovely bathtub which is always kept really clean and a separate WC.

🚪Room: It's massive. And super peaceful. Big built in wardrobe - easily fits a desk, double bed, cabinets, and still have room for yoga & whatever else. It's got high ceilings, and a balcony with sliding glass doors that let in a ton of light. It comes with a double bed.

🎯 Location: 5 mins from Clapton overground walking and 5 minutes to Rectory Road. Walking distance to Stoke Newington. The area is lovely with supermarkets, restaurants, parks and everything you can imagine.

👫 Housemate: it will be me, i'm in my early 30s, i work in the arts, mainly working from home. I am vegetarian, don't have pets, i am very much out and about during the week and weekends but I really enjoy keeping the house peaceful and quiet place. I am super tidy and expect the same in return.
