Big Peaceful Clapton Bedroom

I am looking for a new housemate as my current one is moving out. Ideally move in date around 10th December but can be flexible - open to both long and short term.

🏡 The flat: It's a 2 bed 1 bathroom with separate WC, 2 balconies and 1 terrace. It’s in a modern house completely refurbished with lots of privacy, with an open plan kitchen, living room with exposed brick & new appliances, with the rooms up stairs (yours is the master bed). We’ve got one shared bathroom with a lovely bathtub which is always kept really clean.

🚪Room: It's massive. And super peaceful. Big built in wardrobe - easily fits a desk, double bed, cabinets, and still have room for yoga & whatever else. It's got high ceilings, and a balcony with sliding glass doors that let in a ton of light.

🎯 Location: incredibly easy to get around. 5 mins from Clapton overground and walking distance 8 minutes to Rectory Road. Walking distance to Stoke Newington. The area is lovely with supermarkets, restaurants, parks and everything you can imagine.

👫 Housemate: you’ll be living with 1 other person - a wonderful woman in her early 30s. She works in the arts and it’s super independent and a pleasure to live with. We’re looking for a likeminded professional who’s happy to live in a peaceful and tidy flat.

Water and wifi are included whilst gas, electricity and council tax are on top.
