Double Room in Lower Clapton With Garden! 🪴

We have one lovely room going in our home in Lower Clapton. We’re sadly losing our housemate Will as he’s fallen in love and are now looking for a new person to join our house.

The place is very spacious, well kept and is located on Linscott Road. Everyone has their own thing going on but love hanging around for a beer, TV series, BBQ or dinner. The house is currently occupied by Pat (cheesemonger turned fishmonger, avid cyclist) and James (works in beer, excellent cook) as well as Issy and Izzie. Yes. Confusing I know!

There are several bus stops at the end of the street that head into Central London and Hackney Central/Hackney Downs station are a 5-10 minute walk away. The house has 2 bathrooms, a massive living room, large kitchen with all the usual amenities, and a garden out back, all of which are used regularly! The house also comes equipped with a washer, dishwasher and dryer. Bills/Internet/Council Tax usually add up to about £120 per month on top of rent.

We cannot emphasise how easy going the neighbourhood is; plenty of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, parks and more. Basically anything you're looking for you can find it close by.

Details on the room: room is a medium double. Comes with bed and then there’s a bit of other furniture if you want to barter. Rent per month for the room is £763. Bills at the moment are about £130/month, including internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity, and an occasional cleaner. Deposit is £900.
