We’re offering a spacious double room with exclusive use of a private bathroom in our beautiful house with a garden. This is a 3-month let only, as our current lodger is away on sabbatical, making it an ideal option for someone looking for high-quality short-term accommodation.

The room is quiet and overlooks the peaceful garden, making it perfect for rest and relaxation. The house is located on a quiet street in Clapton, just a 3-minute walk from the station, with Liverpool Street only 10–12 minutes away by train.

In addition to the bedroom, you'll have access to a second room next door set up as a home office, complete with an adjustable sit/stand desk—ideal if you work from home.

The house is home to two friendly cats and is kept immaculately clean with the help of a weekly cleaner.

About us: We're two professionals working in the insurance industry in the City of London. We're easygoing, tidy, and respectful, and enjoy a calm, friendly home. We both work from home 2–3 days a week.

We're looking for a tidy, considerate lodger who is looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-connected home for approximately 3 months.
