Room to rent in Lower Clapton

I’m looking for a new housemate as my current one is moving out to live with his girlfriend.

It’s a really decent sized room in a two bedroom flat on a quiet street in lower Clapton.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished, up to you and what you need. Shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen and we have a garden which is lovely in the summer.

The area is great, just off Chatsworth Road so loads of really nice bars, restaurants, shops and a Sunday market right on the doorstep. Closest stations are Homerton, Hackney Downs and Clapton (all overground) and there are loads of regular buses.

I’m 29 and work in the city as a HR Business Partner. I usually do 3 days a week in the office and two from home. I enjoy socialising with friends, trying out new restaurants and a good night at the pub. I’m pretty chilled and laid back and looking for someone with a similar vibe that’s happy to hang out and is clean and tidy.
