Double room available in modern flat in Clapton 🌞

I'm moving out of our flat to do some travelling so looking to find a friendly, sociable and considerate housemate to replace me on the tenancy which runs until 2nd June 2025 (with option to renew).

The flat: The room is a good sized double with extra storage space (very large cupboard) in the hallway which I use as my wardrobe. There is room for a small wardrobe in the bedroom and currently has a king size bed. It is furnished with my furniture ATM, which I'm happy to leave for you or I can take it too as my things will be going into storage. We have one bathroom and an additional toilet, a lovely leafy garden and polite neighbours. Cycle storage also included.

The flatmates: Jenn is my one of my best friends that I've known since Uni and we've lived together for over four years, she works in HR. We met Steph on this website when we moved into the flat together in June. Steph relocated from Australia and is enjoying exploring Europe in her time off from working in the NHS! Jenn and Steph are both pretty easy going housemates. They want someone friendly and considerate to bring good energy to the home. Both enjoy their alone time and have friends in London, but equally also up for evening chats, pub drinks and watching a film on the weekend.

The area: The flat is in Clapton right over the road from the overground station, meaning your local pub is also the Crooked Billet which is always a fun vibe. Parks and canal very close by and you can walk into Hackney.

We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household, neurodivergent friendly, and anti-racist.

The cash: The deposit is roughly £1200 (William our landlord will come and check the room before I leave) monthly rent is £1070 and due on 3rd of every month. The rest of the bills are around £120 ATM. You will need to pass reference checks so will need to evidence permanent work or signifant savings.
