Subletting my lovely room for November, December and January while I’m away. Spacious, leafy house with big living room. Loads of space to work from home in the living room/kitchen. Wonderful housemates who work both at home and out of the house. 2 loos, one bathroom with bath/shower. All on different schedules so never an issue with bathroom timings. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Room will be fully furnished but will take all my clothes/stuff out!

10 min walk from Rectory Road station
3 min walk to 106 bus stop to get to Finsbury Park in 20 mins
Loads of cafes/pubs/restaurants close by!!
Housemates love a curry/gig/pub/movie and everyone gets on really well. So someone who’s similarly minded would be great.
Landlord is v chilled and fine with sublet. Bills usually about £120-£135 which includes our lovely cleaner, Anna ✨✨
