The Nitty Gritty: Rent is £703 before bills (a BARGAIN considering the location, house quality and size of the room in this crazy market). Bills range from £90-£155, depending on the season, and includes a monthly cleaner. Deposit is a months rent, protected under a deposit protection scheme.

The House: A modern 4 story 4 bedroom house that you'll be sharing with other 3 people (2 men and a woman). The house boasts a huge open plan kitchen / living room, a cozy and spacious conservatory, and a garden! You’ll be sharing a massive bathroom (bathtub AND shower) with 2 others.

Flatmates: a Portuguese, a Brazilian, and a British on their late 20s/40s. Organized, clean and laid back folks.

The Room: it is quite big, and has an additional space outside for extra storage (see pictures). It faces the garden and is on the top floor, so it’s usually very quiet. It has been painted last year, so it’s brand new! I’ve listed as unfurnished, because the furniture belongs to the previous tenant (he might leave it as it is).

Location: a stone’s throw from Clapton Overground Station, and you can easily reach nice restaurants and Walthamstow Wetlands.

Landlord is excellent and has a very easy-going attitude, and is committed to helping when needed.
