Urgent Cosy room in Clapton

Large room 5 minutes from Clapton overground station. The location is great, near so many great pubs (crooked billet) and great cafes nearby. Lots of great nature that’s walkable distance, 5 minutes from the canal/millfield park which leads into hackney marshes.

Us: two late twenties huns who are really nice and fun. we wanna live in a nice home and not have it feel like somewhere we just lay our head.

You: don’t mind me cooking my dinner in my pants sometimes. hopefully aren’t scared of spiders (because we are and the Remover is the one leaving). we are looking for a Womxn (we mean this inclusively).

the available bedroom is downstairs next to the kitchen. there is no living room. upstairs there are 2 other bedrooms, the large bathroom and then a separate additional toilet.

specifics: rent is £700 and bills are around £100ish, they vary slightly depending on usage/time of year. rent is due on the 4th. The contract will start from the 5th however, our departing flatmate cannot get the time off to move out so she will be paying some of your first month so that she can move out on the weekend, therefor the move in date is the 9/10th. If you want to move in after that, that is obviously fine but the payment will be covering from then. the room comes with the wardrobe, the drawers and a bed
