Large double room in Clapton (£927 without bills)

The flat has been newly renovated and there is one 17m sq room available! We are keen to find someone who is clean and tidy, easy going, and wants to live with like minded people in a homely and sociable place! We all get on really well, two of us (Polina and Irene) have been living here for the last year and a half, and Alec moved in just in June. The room is available anytime from November 24th, but there is some flexibility as long as you can move in before December 10th.

About the flat:
It’s located just near Hackney Downs park on a residential street. It’s light, freshly renovated and just really nice. It gets loads of sun in the summer too. There is 4 bedrooms, no separate living room, but an open spaced kitchen with a decent amount of space and sofa

Flatmates:
You'll be living with Polina (f/25) working in graphic design, Irene (f/27) working in climate justice, and Alec (m/27) who works in renewable energy.

Move in date:
Any time between November 24th to December 10th
