Five minute walk to Clapton station, with great shops, pubs and fantastic green spaces in the area. The flat itself is in a large Victorian townhouse on a quiet road.

The room is south-west facing and comes semi-furnished with a double bed, built in cupboard and other smaller bits. The bedroom gets great light in the morning through its large bay window (with black-out blind if the darkness is more appealing to you), and there is lots of space for a desk and dresser.

The home is split over three levels with a large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet plus an additional separate toilet. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with appliances & spices, with plenty of room to boogie while you cook up a storm!

The double-height, spacious front room has an original fireplace and large windows along one side making it light and airy, potential new flatmates are welcome to use the table in the front room as a space to work from home when required. Living space is much cosier now than in these older pics!

Current flatmates are all young, creative professionals looking for someone who is happy to socialise and help contribute towards a welcoming, open and peaceful home. All gender expressions, sexual orientations and personality types welcome. Unfortunately this house has stairs throughout so would only suit those who are able to to use them without difficulty.
